Cool Actor of the Week: Adam Minarovich

In Cool Actor of the Week by Scott2 Comments

Compared to the other actors we’ve featured, our Cool Actor of the Week this time around is something of a babe in the woods, but with the ass-beating he took on last Sunday’s episode of The Walking Dead, Adam Minarovich deserves the nod. Witness the brutality for yourself in this clip:

While The Walking Dead has him working alongside such folks as Andrew Lincoln, Jon Bernthal, Sarah Wayne Callies, Laurie Holden, Michael Rooker and Norman Reedus, Minarovich has appeared in a handful of mostly lower-budget movies, including Camp Utopia, Buy Sell Kill: A Flea Market Story, Chop, and Dozers, which also features Dawn Olivieri (True Blood), Daniel Roebuck (Lost), Duane Whitaker (Pulp Fiction) and Steven Schub (24). On top of being a terrific actor, Minarovich is a talented writer and director. His low-budget flick Exhibit A-7 (which he also stars in) is one of the most unsettling horror movies in years, and is getting some well-deserved attention on the festival circuit.

Minarovich’s script Pawn Shop Chronicles is currently in pre-production with Fred Durst (yes, that Fred Durst) onboard to direct. We here at Cheese Magnet look forward to seeing Adam Minarovich get the crap beat out of him in future episodes of The Walking Dead and many more movies and TV shows.
